With your maintenance package of choice you will receive the following:

• Unlimited routine updates and revisions on existing pages.
• Link and broken image repairs (not that we'd let there be any).
• All files updated to your server.
• Online support of your web site. If you have a question with anything, please e-mail us and we will respond. It's that simple!
• Bi-monthly you will receive a detailed reporting of what has been done on your account since your last payment and how many hours have been debited from your balance. With these reports you are better able to adjust (if needed) which plan will work best for you in the future.
• Normal, Heavy and Colossus packages include monthly submission to major search engines using your prime keywords (as supplied by you).
• If no changes have been made for an entire calendar month, you will not be billed! Sounds fair to us.

Please note:

• All prices are subject to change.
• Updates are completed within 24 hours of the time they are received, except weekends and holidays. Updates receieved after 3:00pm CST may not be completed until the next business day unless prior arrangements have been made.
• "Maintenance" is defined as keeping the web site current. It is not intended to be a redesign or revamp. We reserve the right to distinguish between "updates" and "new design".
• We are not a mobile phone company, and as such, hours do not "roll-over." If they did, we'd never catch up.
• If paying annually, bonus hours are included in your package and will be tacked on to your monthly hours at the start of each month. Talk about "bonus!"
